These terms cover your use of this website and Top Set's text messaging program. Top Set ("Top Set," "we," "us") is a small business run by Avery Fisk in Frisco, Texas. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
The website
This site describes Top Set's service for home-service businesses. The phone demo and the missed-calls calculator are illustrations: the demo is a sample conversation with a made-up customer, and the calculator only multiplies the numbers you enter. Neither is a quote, a promise of results or a price.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Any service we provide is covered by a separate written agreement between you and Top Set, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything here.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: no spam, no false information in the form, no attempts to break or overload it. The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Top Set, so please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
Text messaging terms
Program: Top Set texts about demo requests and Top Set's services, sent to people who check the consent box on our form.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you'll get one message confirming you're opted out. Reply HELP for help, or email afisk@topsetai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't promise it will always be error-free or online.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Top Set isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using this site.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
