Privacy Policy

Top Set ("Top Set," "we," "us") is a small business run by Avery Fisk in Frisco, Texas. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions: afisk@topsetai.com.
What we collect
- What you send us in the demo form: your name, business name, trade, city, mobile number, email (optional), the best time to reach you, your message (optional), whether you checked the text-message box, and the page you sent it from.
- What you send us directly, like an email, a call or a text.
- Basic technical data that our web host records automatically when any page loads, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We don't use it to identify you.
We don't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site, and we don't buy lists of personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, set up and give you a demo, and talk with you about Top Set.
- To provide the service if you become a customer.
- To keep the site working and secure and to stop spam.
- To follow the law.
Your request is emailed to Avery and nobody else at Top Set. If that email can't be sent, a copy of the request is kept with our web host (Netlify) instead, and the page offers to send it from your own email. We don't send automatic replies to form submissions.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and our business, and only to do that: our web host (Netlify), our email delivery provider (Bird) and our email providers (Google and GoDaddy). Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Top Set at the mobile number you gave us about your demo request and Top Set's services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email afisk@topsetai.com.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you don't check the box, we may still call you or email you about the request you sent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Terms of Use for the full messaging terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're talking with you or working together, and after that only as long as we need it for records, disputes or the law. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
Email afisk@topsetai.com to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop hearing from us. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. We'll answer within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
