I'm Avery. I built Top Set for the calls you can't pick up.

I'm Avery Fisk. I'm 21, and I live in Frisco, Texas.

Before Top Set, I sold cars, then insurance, then personal training in person, and I ran the personal-training program at a gym. Different products, same lesson every time: whoever gets back to the customer first usually gets the sale.

Home-service shops live that every day. The owner is on a roof or under a house when the phone rings, and the customer calls the next shop on the list. Top Set is my answer to that. When you can't pick up, the customer gets a text back within about a minute, the job gets booked on your calendar, and you get the details.

I'm building it in public. I call shop owners by hand, on camera, and post it, along with what's working and what isn't. If you want to know who you'd be working with, it's all there.
